2020 Trail Maintenance Protocols

Check the reengagement level of your local agency unit here. This Reengagement Level spreadsheet is being updated by PCTA’s Regional Representatives on a daily basis. Please check the spreadsheet to see where units are in the process of reengaging volunteer programs.

Visit the Crew Leader Center for all of PCTA’s forms and guides.

For many of these tasks and resources, you’ll need to log in with a username and password issued by PCTA. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

STEWARD CONTACTS

Once you’re logged in, you can view the Adopted Trail Map with steward details. Click on the Mid-Oregon section you’re interested in, and you’ll see the name and contact info for that leader.

We also have a version of the PDF stewards map with contact info. Please email Lauren if you need a copy.

TRAILHEAD COMMUNICATIONS PLANS

Print your Mid-Oregon TCP (pre-filled in Excel). Don’t forget to select your section and download/save the Excel file for your own use.

If you’d prefer a fillable PDF version, email Lauren.

PROJECT REPORTS

After your volunteer work, submit your project report form online. This is where you share volunteers’ names, hours and accomplishments. The report is automatically shared with PCTA staff, local agency partners and local volunteers. Sign in and fill out your Project Report Form.
